Derive Intelligence, DERIVEGLOBAL LLC tarafından işletilen, şirketlerin satış ve saha ekipleri için kurumsal bir iş uygulamasıdır. Uygulamaya yalnızca kurumunuzun size açtığı hesapla giriş yapılır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden işlediğini açıklar.
İşlenen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: ad, iş e-posta adresi, rol ve kurum bilgisi. Hesaplar kurumunuz tarafından açılır.
- İş verileri: uygulamaya girdiğiniz müşteri ziyaretleri, notlar, talepler, teklifler ve benzeri kayıtlar; kurumunuzun sisteme aktardığı satış, stok ve finans verileri.
- Konum: yalnızca bir ziyaret kaydında "konum ekle" düğmesine bastığınızda, o anki konum tek seferlik alınır ve kayda eklenir. Arka planda konum izlenmez.
- Fotoğraf ve dosyalar: yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz ya da çektiğiniz fotoğraf ve dosyalar, eklediğiniz kayda yüklenir.
- Mikrofon ve ses: sesli giriş yalnızca mikrofon düğmesine bastığınızda çalışır. Konuşmanız cihazın konuşma tanıma hizmetiyle metne çevrilir; sunucuya yalnızca metin gönderilir, ses kaydı saklanmaz.
- Face ID / Touch ID: hızlı giriş için kullanılır. Biyometrik veriler cihazınızdan çıkmaz; uygulama bu verilere erişmez.
- Bildirimler: bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim anahtarı saklanır.
- Teknik kayıtlar: hata ayıklama ve güvenlik için oturum ve erişim kayıtları.
Kullanım amaçları
Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın işlevlerini sunmak için kullanılır: kurumunuzun iş verilerini size göstermek, kayıt girmenizi sağlamak, bildirim göndermek, yapay zekâ destekli asistan yanıtları üretmek ve hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak.
Reklam yapılmaz. Veriler satılmaz. Uygulamalar ve web siteleri arasında kullanıcı takibi yapılmaz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
- Sunucu barındırma: verileri saklayan altyapı sağlayıcısı.
- Yapay zekâ asistanı: sorduğunuz sorular ve ilgili iş verileri, yanıt üretmek için Anthropic'in API hizmetine gönderilir.
- E-posta: uygulamanın gönderdiği bildirim e-postaları Microsoft 365 üzerinden iletilir.
- Anlık bildirim: Apple Push Notification Service ve Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Saklama ve silme
Veriler, kurumunuzun hizmet sözleşmesi sürdüğü müddetçe saklanır. Hesabınızın kapatılmasını ya da verilerinizin silinmesini kurumunuzun yöneticisinden veya contact@deriveglobal.com adresinden isteyebilirsiniz.
Güvenlik
Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Her kurumun verisi diğer kurumlardan yalıtılmıştır; kullanıcılar yalnızca yetkili oldukları verileri görür.
Çocuklar
Uygulama kurumsal kullanım içindir; 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir.

Privacy Policy

Derive Intelligence is a business application operated by DERIVEGLOBAL LLC for companies' sales and field teams. Sign-in is only possible with an account issued by your organization. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.
Data we process
- Account information: name, work email, role and organization. Accounts are created by your organization.
- Business data: customer visits, notes, requests, quotes and similar records you enter; sales, inventory and financial data your organization imports.
- Location: collected once, only when you tap "add location" on a visit record, and attached to that record. No background location tracking.
- Photos and files: only the photos and files you choose or capture are uploaded to the record you attach them to.
- Microphone and speech: voice input runs only when you tap the microphone button. Speech is converted to text by the device's speech recognition service; only the text is sent to our servers and no audio is stored.
- Face ID / Touch ID: used for quick sign-in. Biometric data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the app.
- Notifications: your device's push token is stored so we can send notifications.
- Technical logs: session and access logs for troubleshooting and security.
How we use data
Data is used only to provide the app's functionality: showing your organization's business data, letting you record activity, sending notifications, generating AI assistant answers, and keeping the service secure.
No advertising. We do not sell data. We do not track users across apps or websites.
Service providers
- Server hosting: the infrastructure provider that stores the data.
- AI assistant: your questions and the related business data are sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers.
- Email: notification emails sent by the app are delivered through Microsoft 365.
- Push notifications: Apple Push Notification Service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as your organization's service agreement is in effect. You can ask your organization's administrator, or write to contact@deriveglobal.com, to close your account or delete your data.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations; users see only the data they are authorized to see.
Children
The app is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
